Call BMET provides biomedical equipment technician services including equipment repair, preventive maintenance, technical consulting, and CMMS management for healthcare facilities. We also provide SMS-based notifications related to service appointments and work orders.

2. SMS Terms of Service

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Call BMET, you agree to the following:

• Consent: You consent to receive recurring automated SMS/text messages from Call BMET at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message Types: Messages include appointment confirmations, service status updates, work order notifications, and customer care communications.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month depending on service activity.
• Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
• Opt-Out: Text STOP to any message to cancel. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.
• Help: Text HELP for help. You may also contact us at info@callbmet.com or 1-888-263-8169.
• Supported Carriers: Major US carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: Your phone number and opt-in data will not be sold to or shared with third parties for promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the site. You may not use our site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
